Designed and Installed the New Thermal Boiler on Bitumen tanker successfully with all Boiler safeties and External safeties alarm on Khalifa Port, Abu Dhabi.
Here is a step wise photos of the process done by Elektro Marine Team
1. Installed of Boiler control panel.
2. Thermal circulating pump control panel.
3. Cable laid out from Engine control Room to Boiler room (ON DECK) used by closed conduit and closed cable trays.
4 MCCB installed and cable terminated with vessel MSB Bus bar.
5. Motor termination.
6. Monitoring panel installation in engine control room.
7. Control termination of Burner and fixed the burner with dome.
8. Installed fire manual call point and smoke and heat detector sensor and auto telephone and connected with vessel existing systems.
9. Fixed the electrode and nozzle and air flap by servo motor as per fuel pressure of burner.
With attention to all minor details and hard work of our our team, we were sucessfully able to complete this job on time.
